"i feel like a free bird"

How I did it: it was tough more so coz I have no clue what else i want to do now, but i knew i had to move.
I walked into the loo looked at the mirror closed my eyes, asked my self what I loved most about my job, just few people at work. Ok next, what is it in the job that makes me happy, the pay, and nothing else.
well I didn't need much thinking I had to do it.

Hey man, I definitely know the feeling. But what would you say it was the turning point in your final decision. Was it the pay, polices, or maybe your boss? I’m just curious.
