How to detox

How I did it:
- i did it when my husband was out of town for awhile, so i wouldn't have to cook anything - or explain why i wasn't eating
- i did some basic research online about the history of fasting and what it does to the body, so i would know what to expect
- to be sure that i was getting the basic nutrients i needed, i drank a shot of "green vibrance" 2x daily
- i followed up the fast with a hydrocolonic on the 4th day, for a thorough cleansiing and more weight loss. and yes, it made a difference.
Lessons & tips:
- drink lots of water
- don't tell anyone what you're doing. they'll only discourage you.
- when your energy drops, don't fight it. move slower, sleep longer and relax.
