How to start running
"Exhausting, but worth it."
How I did it: The Couch-to-5K plan. I've passed 5K, I'm up to 7, and I'm working toward a 10K run. Eventually I'd like to do a local 10 mile race, maybe in a year or two.
Lessons & tips: Start slow. The plan I used alternates walking and running, gradually increasing the amount of running you do. Don't overdo it.
