How I did it: I had to learn what happiness was and then how to get it, in truth I'm still learning now.
Being happy is hard work, just as obtaining it is but it's so worth it, it all starts off with GRATITUDE.
Be grateful for everything because everything is in your life for a reason, good or bad. Be grateful for where you've been placed in the scheme of things in life and know that your goal in life is to make your life that little bit better from wherever it is that you started from. It is from this place of gratitude that happiness ensues.
Lessons & tips: Positive mental attitude.
Practice being grateful from wherever you are.
Aim little improvements, step by step.
Become a better person and your world becomes a better place to be in.
Work on yourself, even out those flaws a little.
