How to be vegetarian for a month
How I did it: It was really easy Im all about animal walfare so to stop eating meat wasnt hard. I was inspired by the videos that was undercover expose on the food industry.
First I subsituted all my meat products with "mock meats" and soon enough after 3 weeks I was on my way to eating more foods like beans and celery..just more healthier foods.
Its been a while I dont even crave meat. I think you just have to find the reason your becoming a vegetarian, if youre doing it for health reason such as losing weight you probably wont stick with your commitment longer.
IM NOW READY TO BECOME A VEGAN! YAY!
Lessons & tips: First I would find inspiration into becoming a veg.
*Dnt stack up on junk food, when i had no meat this is what i did..bad choice its not healthy.*
Take your B12 supplements and eat food that rich in protein.
