How to create a Car Emergency Kit

"Made a list, checked it twice, then looked at every store to make sure I was getting the best deals."
How I did it: Researched what items could be left in the car even during extreme temperatures, made a list of what I have and don't have, as well as a list of what I needed to add to the group.
Lessons & tips: Only pack what your journey will need. ie. If its summer, don't pack snow tires or kitty litter for snow. Use common sense, lol.
Resources: Internet, friends, family, stores that carried premade kits. The premade kits give an overall idea of what's generally needed.
