How to feel like I'm worth something again.

How I did it:
Just forget the past. You are not what you have done, what mistakes you have made.
I accept that I have made mistakes and caused suffering and sad things happened and such. But it's over. I'm safe. I can make amazing decisions from now on.
I'm happy. I have value, because I can help other people.
Lessons & tips:
Don't let the sad things defeat you. Overcome, surpass, move beyond it. Realize you are a worthy person and you can make the world a better place just by being happy.
