How to overcome depression
How I did it: Ask yourself "Is this really what i want to spend me time doing, and thinking" The answer is different for everyone, but i myself and quite fond of life. It's very easy to have your mind flooded with negative thoughts. Ya just got learn how to drain 'em out. It's hard, and takes time, but it's so so so soso sososo WORTH IT!Q!!!!
Lessons & tips: Think about what makes you happy, try not to focus on the negatives. I took antidepressents for a couple of years, recently i decided not to take them anymore. i feel better then i ever did on them! they're no good for you, everyone gets depressed but cha gotta get threw it for betta days are ahead! always remember better days await you!!!
