How to quit Smoking
How I did it: Simply put. I stopped. I quit thinking about it and just did it. Its kind of like getting a blind mind set against something. For instance, some people look the other way and avoid thinking about paying their bills. I did the same thing, except everytime I wanted a cigarette I just forgot about it and distracted myself. Sounds really hard but its not, dont make it dramatic, just man up and do it! = )
Lessons & tips: Throw away your cigs and give yourself a chance for a fresh healthy start.
