How to lose 4 kg
How I did it: I started with defining why I wanted to lose this weight in the first place, finding the right mindset and doing it for myself not anybody else is key here. I have read lots of books regarding nutrition- but no diet books! Diet books are a major no no. I did not diet to lose this weight, I changed my lifestyle. The major steps:
1. Become aware of what you are eating and what your body requires (the quality and quantity of food)
2. Exercise for 30 minutes everyday
3. Eat healthy 90% of the time and treat yourself 10% of the time.
Lessons & tips: Discipline!
Treat yourself but dont binge.
aim for your highest potential of health, not to be the skinniest!
Prepare all your meals in advance and carry around healthy snacks with you to avoid snacking on junk food.
Drink at least 2 litres of water a day- you will feel so much better for it and not as hungry.
Eat 6 small meals a day (about 1200kj or less per meal)
