How to write in my journal every day for a month
"Well worth the effort when you look back over what you have experienced and achieved over the last 30 days."
How I did it: I set myself the task to write every night before bed and kept my journal on the bedside table where I couldn't miss it. Some nights were a little brief, but others were quite lengthy and detailed. It was a wonderful way to do a download of the day before sleep.
Lessons & tips: Set a regular time to write each day.
Put your journal and a pen in an obvious spot where you will see them each day and be prompted to write.
