How I did it: I called the number of the organization that teaches DBT and inquired whether I could try a class without paying. I wanted this because of financial issues, so that I would not sign up for something that I could not do.

However, one has to be enrolled in the program in order to go to classes. This is for confidentiality. I understand that. I did hope that I would be able to try.

Calling was worth it. However, I am disappointed.
