How to keep a dream diary
"Fascinating to get to know all that creeps into my brain at night! Now, next stop is Lucid Dreaming."
How I did it: Sleep enough. Keep a notebook next to your bed. Write everything you remember as soon as you wake up, even if it's the middle of the night. Use intention as you go to bed.
