"refreshing"
How I did it: I basically just got in the habit of carrying a water bottle with me everywhere, especially in my purse, so that I'd always have it there if I got thirsty. I used to have to actively remind myself to drink throughout the day, but now it has become a habit - always having a water bottle with you makes it so much easier to respond to your body when it tells you it's thirsty. If i don't have the water with me I notice and don't feel as good. I know it's bad to use the plastic bottles, but I use about 2 a week, refilling about 5 or 6 times a day.
Lessons & tips: Always carry water bottle with you. First drink when you feel thirsty and then start trying to sip on it throughout the day. Later you begin to notice when you aren't drinking as much and you just feel lazier - the water seriously helps you feel healthier and more energized. It's nice having an easy way to perk up and purify your body!
