How to use less splenda
"Slowly reduce usage and expect things to be less sweet."
How I did it: I identified the foods in which I used artificial sweeter: tea, coffee, and my morning oatmeal. I started cutting it out of my tea by sometimes using it, sometimes not. Pretty quickly I got used to tea without it. Then I moved on to coffee. Coffee was harder because bad coffee can often be made drinkable with sweetener, but I took the same approach and it worked (super bitter coffee is still tough though). Finally, I just had to accept that my morning oats were going to be a bit more plain. I've thought about eating a little less and adding honey, but so far, I'm pretty comfortable with the taste.
