How I did it: The Couch to 5k run plan. Stopped and started 3 springs in a row. This year, I took it easy. I didn't try to keep an exact 10min mile. I listened to my shins. I took it slow and easy, and I didn't hurt myself. Made it so much easier, and so much more fun this year.
