How to do the Couch to 5k running plan

How I did it: I followed the cool running program and did exactly what it told me to do. I completed the program on a treadmill using time instead of distance so I'm not quite able to run a 5K, but I can jog 2.1 miles so I've just got to work on that last mile.
The program is good as it's only 3 times a week and most of the early runs can be done in less than 30 minutes, which is great if you are busy.
I've lost 15lbs during the course of the program, which I'm very excited about.
