How to get in better shape
How I did it: I used to use a personal trainer. But I got sick and it was really expensive. Our gym (Momentum Fitness) had a course called "Better than Bootcamp" which was one hour twice a week with only four students. We got lots of personal attention.
Our instructor was totally energetic and fabulous and I worked really hard. I haven't lost weight-- wasn't my goal-- but I've really toned up. I'm stronger and faster.
It also got rid of a ton of stress.I found that I was burning about 300 more calories a workout than when I worked out alone -- I don't think you could ever work out alone as much as when you are with a trainer.
