How to stop drinking caffeine
How I did it: I stopped drinking caffeine 5 years ago when I joined a dance organization and my instructor said that we all had to stop drinking any caffeine in order to maintain energy in practice and stay hydrated better. I snuck it every once in a while, of course, but after about a month, I never cared to drink any pop or coffee drink at all. After 5 years, dark sodas with caffeine in them gross me out and I do not miss any of those drinks at all. This also helps to ensure that you are always drinking enough water in your day, instead of drinking soft drinks that actually dehydrate you.
