How to tone my arms
How I did it: This was much easier than I expected it to be! I used the exercises available at sparkpeople to find some simple exercises I could do in my spare time. I really focuses on triceps to reduce the "byebye" arms I hated so much. I found a dozen or so exercises and tried to do 2 or 3 every day or every other day. Even an extremely minimal effort on my part really started to show results in just 2 weeks. That initial result was so encouraging! I've pretty much stopped doing the exercises for one reason or another, but the muscle has stuck and now even though they arn't as great as they used to be, my arms still dont flop around as much.
Lessons & tips: The best part about my experience was that it worked even though I was not completely consistent. As long as you're doing something a couple times a week, you can see results if you find the right exercises.
