How to drink more milk/have a higher calcium intake
"I found out I shouldn't drink milk"
How I did it: I found out that I'm lactose intolerant (probably why I didn't ever want to drink milk in the first place) so now I drink Silk.
It actually works out pretty well since I work at Malt-O-Meal now as a QA tech and I eat about a bag's worth of cereal a day for sensory (dry of course).
Plus I get a ton of take home - so now i have awesome, free cereal in which to have Silk.
