How to be vegetarian for a month
How I did it: Just stopped eating meat. Learnt different ways to prepare food, and tried not to overuse alternatives such as Quorn. Variation is key in keeping interested. The use of fish and eggs as substitutes are underrated, as they are great fillers, healthy and cheap.
Lessons & tips: Do it for the right reasons. You WILL feel less sluggish and more active. It won't guarantee you weightloss etc but is definitely beneficial to overall health.
Resources: Nothing in particular, the web has lots of nice veggie recipes, and common sense dictates the rest
