How to be at peace with myself
"I've learned to control the negativity I originally felt towards myself and cultivate it into love."
How I did it: First, I trained myself to recognize when I was being too hard on myself or holding myself accountable for things outside of my control.
Next, I learned how to deal with these negative energies, deal with them, and then let them go. It took me a long time, but as soon as I made a conscious effort to do so, I didn't find it too difficult to be a better person towards myself.
