How to overcome my fear of needles
It made me

How I did it: When you have a baby especially on national health in South Africa you have no choice. I even had to have three tetanus shots in case I rubbed cow dung on the baby's umbilical cord.
Lessons & tips: Ask the nurse if you can hold her hand and ask and then think about your mom
