Most men just say yoga is for wimps! It take a real man to realise its actually bloody hard work!
How I did it: I've got bad knees so I was looking for something that would be easier on my legs than something like tae-bo. I did it for about 30 days to see if it would actually make me feel better. Well, it did and I'm sorry I didn't keep it up. I plan to start again though.
I started with a 20 minute beginner DVD that my wife has. It was definitely hard at first, but after a couple of weeks doing it, I was hardly breaking a sweat so I bought a more advanced DVD and could barely do even 20 minutes of it.

Yoga is definitely helpful for the mind and body. It really strengthens your muscles and also increases your stamina. The thing is you don’t realize how much it increases your stamina until you actually STOP doing it…then you realize it. You become very flexible and not only that, less prone to injuries. Keep it up!
