I view yoga as neutral. But I realize that it is seen as a predominantly female practice which is very unfortunate.

It creates changes

Yoga is definitely helpful for the mind and body. It really strengthens your muscles and also increases your stamina. The thing is you don’t realize how much it increases your stamina until you actually STOP doing it…then you realize it. You become very flexible and not only that, less prone to injuries. Keep it up!
