How to raise money for charity
How I did it: The money raised was a part of an initiative to donate School bags + books + basic stationary items to school kids who could not afford them. I narrated a touching incident from my life which inspired many of my collegues at work. Later I created awareness about the importance of the donation and what the help would mean to the children, and how it could change their lives. It really worked wonders. And there you are. A full 2 lakh Indian Rupees. It felt wonderful to work for a cause.
