How to be on tv
It made me
Excited and proud. 
"In the 5th grade I won an achievment award from the South Carolina House of Representatives and got interviewed for the local news. It wasn't anything big, but it made me proud."
How I did it: I just won an award from the House of Representatives. One day my teacher came to me and said she had nominated me for an award, then later I found out I was gonna be on TV in a week, then a few weeks after that I was told I had to atend a banquet. I really didn't have much to do with it.
