How to drink less coffee
"I was a hardcore coffee drinker for many many years (10+). The more I drank it, the more I needed it, the less I enjoyed it. Gave it up and have more energy with no crashes."
How I did it:
- Transition gradually to decaffeinated coffee. I did this to decrease caffeine intake slowly to reduce headaches.This was the biggest hurdle, it took me a week to make a complete switch.
- Transition to regular tea
- Transition to decaffeinated tea
