How I did it: After the birth of my children, my self confidence was in the crapper. My belly skin was loose and weird and gross.

I did and found an amazing doctor. The recovery was almost identical to a c-section and the results so far are fantastic. :) Soooooo pleased with the results.

Lessons & tips: Get up and move as soon as possible, the faster you move, the faster you will feel better.

Resources: Carecredit is a credit card with a super low interest used for medical procedures. Be prepared though, the payments are similar to that of a used car each month.
