How to finish knitting Christmas stocking
"Dogged perseverance, taking advantage of precious quiet time. Won't Grandma be proud!"
How I did it: I kept my knitting project in a tote bag with handles long enough to tie in a tight knot. That's the only way I could keep it out and about without my toddler destroying it when I wasn't looking. Photocopies of the pattern were indispensible, so I could mark with pencil without ruining the original.
Lessons & tips: We'll do the things that are ultimately important. The rest doesn't matter as much, does it?
Resources: 43 things emails, of course
