How to get into medical school
How I did it: I know that I did not have a 4.0, and did not create a refugee camp for HIV babies in Darfur, BUT I did stay true to my self.
I worked hard at school to LEARN, not to get a great grade, I volunteered to GIVE, not to put it on my resume, and I ACHIEVED this goal because I knew that I wanted it, and that I would/will do great things with this opportunity.
In my interview (MMI style), I left with the biggest smile on my face because I showed WHO I was, and was HONEST with my intention.
I think that is what I am most proud of, I got in because of ME, not despite of myself.
