How to learn to groom a schnauzer
"They don't look perfect, but they surely look good enough to have saved $50 each. "
How I did it: My dogs are much more cooperative and happy during the home grooming than they are just in the process of getting to the professional! No more howling madness. Definitely worth it!
Find a few good pictures of schnauzers on the internet. They are not hard to groom if your dog is cooperative.
1. Buy good clippers.
2. Comb thoroughly first
3. Be prepared to revisit the claws between each grooming.
Lessons & tips: I still take them to the vet for inner ear cleaning/grooming once a year.
