How to lose ten pounds in one week
How I did it: I did this in three easy steps:
- i changed the way i ate in this way: a. i did an absolute fast on the first day - no water, no food, nothing. b. i did a water fast on the second day. that's right. nothing but water, water, water. c. i did a juice fast for the next three days - specific juices to cleanse and strengthen me from the inside out. i also drank plenty of water and i had at least one 2 oz shot of wheatgrass every day. oh, yeah - and i stopped eating anything by 7pm.
- i didn't necessarily hit the gym but i kept things moving gently, with (long) walks, the occasional yoga class and pit stops to the steam room at my local gym.
- on the sixth day, i got a hydrocolonic.
- on the seventh day, i rested.
Lessons & tips: do a cleansing fast over the course of several days, drink lots of water and then get a hydrocolonic. you will lose 10 pounds if you do this.
