How to lose ten pounds
How I did it: I worked out with weights most days plus used the calorie counter on Livestrong. Have lost 12 pounds. Still have a few more pounds to lose but 10 pounds was the first part of the goal, have gone down dress sizes and BF tells me I'm looking good ;) Definitely worth doing and I found it relatively easy. Have a lot of muscle definition from the weights and plan to continue to push myself further. This wasn't a diet fad, but my new way of life :) Anyone who wants to do this should go for it, you can do it!!!!
Lessons & tips: Know what you're putting into your body. And try working out with weights instead of all cardio, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn
