How to make my own website

"It's not worth it. It costs money or something like that, and when I finish making it, my cats jump on the computer and make me delete it. I learned 1 thing though: never make a website without locking the doors."
How I did it: I don't remember my first website. I still don't know what'll help me make a website for free without messing up my computer, so I need help, I'm not giving any. Everybody, my email address is kaylaharris8910@gmail.com, so whoever can help me make a website for free, please email me and tell me.
Lessons & tips: I can't provide any tips except: "never make a website with distracting things in the room. I would close and lock doors to insure that everybody is out so your computer and websites are safe."
Resources: I tried some websites, but I only remember www.yula.com. If you want to make your website there, it's pretty good, but costs money if you want your website cooler.
