How to create a more positive thinking for myself!
How I did it: I always re-evaluate my actions in my past and often contemplate on how I am as a person and what I can offer in this world. I have always been pessimistic in everything, looking at the half empty side of the glass. But after much realization and thought, it takes effort in changing your own perspectives at life. Always look at the part that's half full, but don't forget to look at the glass as a whole... and see how you can try to fill that missing empty portion. Put it simply, its not just what you see in life but what you can do to improve it :)
Lessons & tips: Try surrounding yourself to things that make you feel delightful. Try looking at different perspectives, and see how lucky you are to have the things you have in life. Think of the present moment. Just live it.
