How I did it: I finally decided to go get a consultation because it was free. When I got there, because I had little "Madonna's" top and bottom there was no surprise when he told me I needed them. What was a surprise was that he had time right then, so I went for a consultation and walked out with braces. My husband was very surprised.
Lessons & tips: Wear your bands!!! I have friends who started with me and they did not wear their bands and now my braces are coming off and theirs are not.
Resources: I don't really have any services. I just did what I was suppose to do and did not miss an appointment for adjustments.
