How to stop gossiping by meeeeeeeee

"So worth doing!"

How I did it: I find myself backsliding from time to time but I came to the realization that there are just certain people you have to eliminate as "friends" so that you can stop the DRAMA. Very over it.

Good for you...

Gossip just hurts others & the people doing the gossiping as well. I was reading that even when you talk about someone on a heart level / subconscious level they know anyway. So whats the point in gossiping hey.
