How to eat sushi
How I did it: Wisconsin isn't exactly known for its seafood, so I waited until I was in New York City and went straight for the super-raw fish. It was delicious, but definitely different. Now I'm completely addicted!
Lessons & tips: Go somewhere good. If you have poorly prepared sushi your first time, it's going to be harder to like. While I was up for starting with raw fish, you could try a cucumber roll or something simpler first.
