Biscuits
I actually don’t have a bread recipe that is mine to share, but I can share a recipe for biscuits that are wheat-free and also delicious.
3/4 cups of rice flour
3/4 cups of tapioca flour
1/2 cup of potato starch flour
1 tsp of xanthan gum
2 1/2 tsps of baking powder
1/2 to 3/4 tsps of salt
add all at once
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Stir the dry ingredients and add the cream all at once. Stir until the mix is completely moistened, then knead and roll the dough until proper for them to be shaped into biscuits. Then bake them for 12-15 minutes. I usually just wait for the oven to get to a little over 400 then stick them in, so the cooking time may be a little less if you wait till its fully preheated.
