I have lost 3 pounds, put 2 on, lost 3, put 1 on and now I have lost 4 and if I don’t get a box of Vanilla Cakesters, I will probably only gain back 2 pounds. Wish me luck!
How I did it: I had green smoothies for breakfast every morning for a month+. I also ate a very high raw diet, consisting of 70-85% raw foods, including lots of fruits, vegetables, and some nuts, and seeds. Most foods I made were highly delicious, and fruit is definitely my favorite treat. It's nice to eat so "richly" and still lose weight.
Lessons & tips: Pick up a good raw "cookbook." There is lots of things you can eat raw, but it's also nice to eat simple things like fruits and veggies at every meal. I would say about 70% of your food should be fruits and veggies.
