How to lose 2 lbs this week
"It was hard work, but so worth it, I'm one step closer to obtaining optimal health."
How I did it: Well, I ate in moderation, and was a little more careful with my food choices. As for exercise I did what I've already been doing which is fairly active, hiking, gym, walking.
Lessons & tips:
- I'm reseting this goal, so I can work towards it again for next week.
- Track your progress.
- If you are not excercising yet, now is the time to start, just do anything to move your body.
