How to lose the first 10 pounds

How I did it: I've had this goal up for who knows how long and I never thought that I would never finish it. Well, one day my better half and I made a bet to be 150 pounds by the end of the month and for some reason, I think I just needed the motivation to do it because I just got on it right away and it worked and now I'm standing here, 7 days later at a weight that I haven't been since last year.
Lessons & tips:
- Self - Control.
- Motivation.
- Exercise - I find yoga to be relaxation and something to endure for a long time.
- Cut down on calories and carbs and fat.
- Tell yourself "No!" when you know you don't need it and your not hungry.
