How to weigh 155 pounds
"Just kept working out and eating healthy."
How I did it: I finished a couch to 5K program and right now I'm trying to do 3 runs a week. One where I increase my distance by .25 of a mile, one where I run short sprints at 5 mph, and one outdoors. Plus I also use the rowing machine and elliptical as well. Also I am either packing my lunch, eating breakfast, and eating a light lunch. I kind of slacked off for the past two weeks, but did really well with my eating this week to lose the pound I gained back plus the little less than a pound that left to get to 155.
