How to drink eight glasses of water each day

How I did it: I bought a bottle to carry around. You would be surprised how much more water you will consume if it was just around you. It's a task that is not important enough, in most people's mind, to walk to the water cooler or the refrigerator. But if it's right next to you. You will drink it.
Starting to go to the gym also helped increase my water intake.
Lessons & tips: Ensure you keeping drinking long enough that it becomes a habit.
Resources: A water bottle. And a filter jug in my case (I wanted to drink filtered water)
