I agree...
when I quit I had joined a support group. Whenever we met, everyone was whining and complaining about how hard it was to quit. It was so pathetic, I made a promise to myself then and there that I would not be so weak. Once I had determined in my head that “I wanted” to quit and I would not complain about doing so, I did.
I think most people who are unsuccessful in quitting do not really desire to give up their habit. You have to really want to quit, or in your case cut down, then stand firm in you decision to abstain.
