How I did it: turns out my business name sucked but not as bad as my business plan for my second business. buh-dump-bump-chink! www.happybetsy.etsy.com vs. old name www.baddinsdesign.etsy.com
Lessons & tips: business plan, business plan, business plan. sure it matters what you love to do but if you expect it to pay you'd better find your market and figure out what the hell they want and how much they want to pay for it- then start making that. I don't care. art is a business, too, if you want it to be income. p.s. I still don't have a working business plan so take my advice with a grain of salt.
