How I did it: I haven't actually Done this goal but I'm removing it from my list in favour of something else. I found myself really stretching for that "One thing" every day which wasn't really the point of the goal for me. The original aim was to be more grateful and acknowledge the little things in life. Instead I was getting to the end of a day or two and having to think back on "what can I put in for today. it wasn't helping me acknowledge that"happy thing" in the moment any more than I usually would.
So I'm going to look for 100 things that make me happy instead. I think this will be a more acheivable and truthful goal in the end
