How to make Better Goals!
How I did it: I'd already been working on revising my goal writing for many years, but putting onto 43 Things needed that final bit of spit and polish to make it all work.
Lessons & tips: Start with an end goal statement: write a paragraph describing how you feel and what you've accomplished as if you have just completed the goal.
The list resources you'll need, how often you'll be working towards the goal, cost, and so on.
Lastly put in a timeframe. Is this something you expect to complete within one year, or is it either a long-term or later-on goal that needs 2, 5 , 10 or 10 years plus?
Resources: A medium sized (A5) notebook to write each goal in on its own piece of paper, that I kept beside me on the bedside table (because it is more fun and interesting than a any magazine).
