How to daily: Reflect on 5 things for which I'm grateful.
"Never, ever forget to do this."
How I did it: Wake up in the morning, even if your mouth tastes like last night's leftovers, and remember that just being alive is amazing. There is not one thing that can keep you in bed. Fight it. Get up, realize that you can be thankful for just the green in the trees and the slight breeze in the air, and go get whatever you want.
Lessons & tips: Even if you are sitting there saying "I have nothing to live for" be thankful that you can even think or utter those words...some people cannot.
Resources: Self-reflection and self-awareness are two of the best tools a person can go into the daily battle with the world with.
